We're excited to expand in the future, and additional countries may be added as ClaimCart grows. If you're located outside Canada or the U.S., you're welcome to join our Early Access list to be notified if ClaimCart becomes available in your country.

No. ClaimCart gives you a professional storefront without the need to build or manage a website. Simply add your products, customize your storefront, and share your unique link with customers through social media, text messages, email, or anywhere you sell. We are your first step before needing a website.

ClaimCart does not process payments. Once a customer claims a product, you'll receive the claim and can arrange payment using your preferred method, such as cash, e-transfer, credit card, PayPal, or any payment option you already use. This gives you complete control over how you run your business. We may integrate payment options in the future.

Yes. ClaimCart is designed to work for a wide variety of businesses, including handmade products, boutiques, home décor, woodworking, candles, baked goods, direct sales, and many other product-based businesses. As long as your products comply with our policies and applicable laws, you can showcase and sell them through your storefront.

Founder pricing is a limited-time offer available to early ClaimCart members. By requesting early access and securing a Founder account, you'll lock in our discounted Founder rate for as long as your subscription remains active. Once Founder spots are filled, new members will join at our regular pricing.

Yes. You can update your storefront at any time. Edit your business information, update your profile image, add or remove products, and keep your storefront current as your business grows.

Yes. ClaimCart is designed to work on desktop computers, tablets, and mobile devices. You can manage your storefront, add products, and respond to customer claims from wherever you are.

Yes. You can cancel your ClaimCart subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe.

Please note: Founder pricing is only available while your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later return, Founder pricing may no longer be available.

Yes. When ClaimCart launches, all new accounts will receive a 14-day free trial. During your trial, you'll have full access to ClaimCart so you can set up your storefront, add products, and see how it works. You will be charged the monthly fee right after your 14 day trial, unless you cancel before hand.

Customers simply visit your ClaimCart storefront, browse your products, and click Claim on the items they'd like to purchase. You'll receive the claim and can then contact the customer to arrange payment and pickup, delivery, or shipping.

Yes. Your ClaimCart storefront can be shared anywhere you connect with customers, including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, text messages, email, or your social media bio. Simply copy your storefront link and share it wherever you sell.

Requesting early access is easy. Click any Request Early Access button on our website and complete the short form. We'll contact you with more information as ClaimCart prepares for launch and let you know when your account is ready.

After you join the Early Access list, we'll send you a confirmation email right away saying we received it. As we get closer to launch, we'll keep you updated with important news, feature announcements, and your invitation to create your ClaimCart account.

Our goal is to give Early Access members first access before we open registration to everyone.

Absolutely! We'd love for you to share ClaimCart with friends, family, and other small business owners who may find it helpful.

Anyone is welcome to join the Early Access list. The first 50 people to sign up will receive access before our public launch. If you join after those 50 spots have been claimed, you'll still be on our Early Access list and will be among the first to receive an email as soon as ClaimCart becomes available to everyone.

Founder pricing is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to the first 50 qualifying accounts. Once those spots are filled, new customers can still join ClaimCart on one of our regular plans when public registration opens.
