ClaimCart Inc.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 9, 2026

Last Updated: September 9, 2026

At ClaimCart Inc. (“ClaimCart,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we want our billing practices to be clear and transparent. This ClaimCart Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how free trials, subscription billing, cancellations, renewals, and refunds work for ClaimCart subscriptions. By subscribing to ClaimCart, you agree to this policy in addition to our ClaimCart Terms of Service, which this policy forms part of. If there is a conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service govern.

1. Free Trial

ClaimCart may offer eligible users a free trial. Unless otherwise stated, no subscription fees will be charged during the free trial period. The length of the trial and the price that will apply when it ends are shown when you sign up.

At the end of your free trial, your selected subscription will automatically begin, and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel your subscription before the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial at any time through your account and you will not be charged. Our current free trial is 14 days. A payment method is collected when you start your trial, and we will send you a reminder email before your trial ends and billing begins.

ClaimCart reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free trial offers at any time. Free trials are limited to one per person or business, and we may decline a trial where we reasonably believe it is being used to avoid paying for the Services.

2. Subscription Billing

ClaimCart subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you choose. Prices are stated in Canadian dollars unless a different currency is shown at checkout and exclude applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice where required.

By subscribing, you authorize ClaimCart and our third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees and taxes until your subscription is cancelled. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.

If a payment cannot be successfully processed, ClaimCart may retry the charge and may suspend or limit access to paid features until payment is successfully received. If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, we may cancel your subscription.

ClaimCart reserves the right to change subscription plans, pricing, or available features at any time. Any changes will apply to future billing periods and we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or through your account before a price increase takes effect. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect and the new price will not be charged to you.

If you upgrade your plan, the change takes effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. Promotional or discounted pricing applies only for the period stated in the offer, after which the regular price applies.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your ClaimCart account settings, or by emailing info@claimcart.com from the email address on your account.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Once your subscription is cancelled, it will not renew automatically. You may reactivate your subscription at any time by selecting a new subscription plan through your ClaimCart account. You will continue to have access to your paid subscription until the end of your current billing period. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel before your renewal date.

Cancelling your subscription stops future recurring charges but does not entitle you to a refund for payments already made.

4. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all subscription fees are non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. ClaimCart may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances or where required by applicable law. ClaimCart does not provide full or partial refunds for:

  • Unused subscription time

  • Partial billing periods

  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date

  • Changes to your business or personal circumstances

  • Lack of use of the Services, including during service outages or scheduled maintenance

  • Dissatisfaction with sales results or with your customers’ conduct

  • Suspension or termination of your account for a breach of our Terms of Service or Intellectual Property Policy

If we offer an annual plan and you purchase it for the first time and cancel within 14 days of the first charge, we will refund that charge in full on request.

If ClaimCart charges your payment method due to a billing error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge so we can investigate and, if appropriate, issue a correction or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. We will work with you to resolve billing problems quickly. If you initiate a chargeback for a charge that was properly made under this policy, we may suspend your account until the matter is resolved and may recover our reasonable costs of responding to the dispute.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies only to ClaimCart subscription fees. ClaimCart is not the merchant of record for products or services offered through user storefronts and does not sell or fulfill those products or services. Any refund requests or disputes relating to purchases made from a ClaimCart storefront must be directed to the seller. ClaimCart is not responsible for issuing refunds or resolving disputes between buyers and sellers.

5. Effect of Cancellation

After your subscription ends, your access to paid ClaimCart features will end. Your storefront will no longer be accessible to the customers you have shared it with, and your stored data and content associated with paid features will become unavailable after your subscription expires.

ClaimCart may retain your account and storefront data for a limited period (currently 90 days) in accordance with our Privacy Policy and internal data retention practices. After that time, your data may be permanently deleted. You can export your product listings from your account and download receipts for individual claims at any time before your subscription ends. We recommend that you keep copies of any listings and customer details you wish to retain, as we are not able to recover deleted data.

If you wish to use ClaimCart again after your subscription has ended, you may be required to purchase a new subscription at the then-current price.

ClaimCart reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or subscription in accordance with our Terms of Service. If your account or subscription is terminated due to a violation of our Terms, you will not be eligible for a refund of any prepaid fees.

If ClaimCart permanently discontinues the Services, we will refund any prepaid fees for the period after the discontinuation date.

6. Changes to This Policy

ClaimCart may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes that reduce your rights under this policy will apply only to billing periods that begin after we have notified you of the change.

Your continued use of ClaimCart after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy, subject to the notice requirement in the preceding paragraph.
